[set.symmetric.difference] Fix misapplication of P3923R0 (US 164-263) - #9367

In P3923R0, US 164-263, "+ K" was deleted from [set.symmetric.difference]/4.2. However, the commit applying it (aa49103) overlooked this, leaving a dangling occurrence of removed "K".
